Tuesday, April 30, 2019 - Traveled to Chobe, Botswana

The tour bus took us across the border to Chobe, Botswana.  We checked into Chobe Marina Lodge.  It was a beautiful lodge with marina on the lodge ground.
We had a sunset cruise on Chobe River. The Chobe River is the northern boundary of the Chobe National Park, where a great number of animals will come for water.  We saw hippos, crocodiles, cape buffalos, elephants along the cruise.  At one point, our guide told us that there were 2 male lions at the river bend in distance.  It was too far for us to see them with our normal eye sight.  When the boat drove close to the spot, we were all surprised to see 2 male lions were enjoying their meal (an elephant).  According to our guide, this elephant was not killed by these lions.  These 2 brother lions found it and enjoyed it as their meal.  We took many pictures of this wonderful sighting.
More sunset pictures for all of us when the sun setting down.
